I almost consider this an essential feature. I listen to albums and favourite the best tracks from each one, I then want to be able to check what tracks I have recently favourited from albums that I have listened to.
It’s a real shame that Roon is billed as the place to have all options for organising your music but it loses out here to the TIDAL app, or any other local playback Android app.
Have you considered adding them to a dedicated playlist? Such playlist will always be in date-added order.

Not a bad idea! I could do that per year or something.
Just a shame that it’s an extra step.
It’s the date when added to the library, though, not the date when added to the playlist. (There are open feature suggestions for the latter)
I am feeling pretty dumb this morning, so please excuse me for asking - are you suggesting that when one adds a song to a playlist, it doesn’t add the song(s) in the order in which they were added? I know that they don’t have a column for date added to playlist, but the playlist itself will have its intrinsic order as sorted by date added when not sorted otherwise, won’t it?

Are you favorite-ing tracks of albums that are existing in your library for some time, or tracks on albums that you have newly added?
If the later then I have a potential solution.
Unfortunately it can be either. If it was only newly added tracks then I could still sort by “date added”.
I have created a playlist for this as a solution for now, just a bit slower than favouriting.
I think I would add the heart and at the same time use Listen Later on the same track. Then at my leisure, bulk add all those tracks to the playlist from Listen Later queue, and then clear out the Listen Later Queue.
