Can’t play any music files at all!
Obviously, it’s not or everyone else would have the same problem. Please fill out the Support template so that Roon support and/or other Roon customers might be able to help you figure out what the problem is.
EDIT: Also, are you aware of the significant changes that took place with the previous release? If not, please read the release notes for it also.
Build 1353: Everything Happy!
Build 1357: Can’t play music.
Literally listening to a album on 1353, 1357 update offered/accepted. Now all songs tried return “An audio file is loading slowly…” Core and remote machines rebooted multiple times…
Try rebooting your router as well.
Working 100% perfectly in this Mac household.
Dec 20: update 1353->1357; can’t reliably play songs from storage local to core.
Dec 21: reboot core and remote; still can’t make it through any songs.
Dec 22: reboot router, core and remote; now all is OK. (I’m sorry that I didn’t test this morning before rebooting the router. Oh well…)
