I recently got a Parasound P6 that has a ESS Sabre DAC. However, I am unable to get it to run native DSD, which it supposedly is capable of. Needless to say, I have been unable to use HQ player with it. It does not include an ASIO driver, but uses the Windows 10 USB driver. What are others experiences with this?

I’m interested in others’ experience with this as well. I intend to get a Parasound Hint6 Integrated Amp (which is essentially the same as the P6 pre + the A23+ stereoamp) for a bedroom setup. I do have an external DAC that will do native DSD just fine, but would also want to know if the DAC of the Parasound Pre6 or Integrated6 can handle native DSD, because it is supposed to. However, if I did use the Hint6 DAC, I would run it off of my ROCK(as endpoint only)-based NUC (Linux).
