Partitions M.2 drive (ROCK + storage space)

I have installed ROCK on a NUC 10I5FNHN2. The M.2 hard drive has a capacity of 250 GB and the ROCK uses about 10 GB.

Does anyone know if I can make two partitions (eg 50 and 200 GB) to use the second one as storage and if so how?
