PC lists multiple zones. Which to use?

I’ve got a Microsoft Surface Pro as my endpoint device. It lists 3 zone options:

  1. System Output
  2. Intel Display Audio WASAPI
  3. Realtek High Definition Audio WASAPI

What are the differences and which is best to use?
