· On September 22 i updated IOs to 27 and roon to 2.73 the same day. Since then my pecanpi streamer (ropieee) is not showing in the audio tab (network section). I have executed all your recommendations (restart Mac, Mac network settings, terminal) and it is still the same. Actually i have also updated my ropieee to the latest version. Nothing works and im desperate. I have executed a lot of recommendations given by Gemini and nothing has solved the issue.

· I use deco mesh since always and I had never had any issue till now. I don’t use vpn. My pecanpi streamer is connected to mesh through Ethernet cable
Before we go further, two quick questions, because you changed three things at once and we do not want to chase the wrong one.
1. Is your Roon Server running on the Mac? Your description suggests it is, but please confirm, because the macOS 27 problem only applies if the server itself is on that machine.
2. You updated iOS, Roon and RoPieee. Did the PecanPi disappear from the Audio tab before or after you updated RoPieee? If it was already missing beforehand, that takes RoPieee out of the picture entirely.
Then the workaround. You have already run it, so the question is not whether to run it again but whether it actually took effect. Please run these two commands in Terminal on the Mac and paste both outputs here. Neither of them changes anything, they only read.
defaults read com.apple.network.local-network
ifconfig | grep "inet " | grep -v 127.0.0.1
The first shows what the workaround actually wrote. The second shows the address your Mac is really using. The two usual reasons for it not helping are that the address in the command does not match the network the Mac is on, or that only one of the two commands was applied. Both the Wi-Fi and the Ethernet key need setting even if you only use one of them.
Are you still seeing the issue at the present time? If so, can you please try to update to the latest version of Roon and let us know if that helps? Let us know!
