· Hello Roon Support Team,
I’m writing to request a thorough check of my Roon account, as I’ve been experiencing persistent and concerning issues with my library and Qobuz integration.
Specifically:
Albums that I save to my library regularly disappear after some time.
My listening history and previously saved albums are often missing or incomplete.
Albums and favorites imported from Qobuz are not reliably visible in Roon.
It appears that my preferences, favorites, and listening activity from Qobuz are not being properly synchronized or retained within Roon.
This behavior gives the impression that my account data or preferences are not being correctly stored or reloaded, even though I actively save albums and use Roon on a daily basis.
I would like to ask if you can:
Check my Roon account on your side for any synchronization, database, or preference-related issues.
Verify whether my Qobuz integration is functioning correctly at the account level.
Advise if there are known issues that could cause loss of saved albums, listening history, or imported favorites.
I am happy to provide logs, screenshots, or any additional technical details you may need.
