Describe the issue

It's been an almost a week than every morning when I try to connect to Roon Arc I get error (Port Forwarding Issue), when I restart my Mac it begins working again. I never had this problem before. I have Sequoia installed on my Mac. I used Port Forwarding. I'm from Canada, and I use Bell Internet.

Describe your network setup

MacBook Pro as a core.

@mehdiem is MacOS 15.1.1 available as an update? It seems to have resolved some Mac network issues on my MBPro where I needed to toggle On/Off Roon in MacOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Local Network to get the MBPro to see my Roon Server on my network. This may be related to that issue and worth checking.

Hey @mehdiem,

Thanks for writing in! @Robert_F is 100% correct in their statement above. Your Mac hosting Roon Server may be blocking the connection to Arc on your phone - let us know if you’re either able to update to the next version of Sequoia, or if re-enabling Local Network access from your Mac system settings help.

We’ll be on standby for your reply!

I updated to the latest Mac OS last night and checked that access to local network was already enabled. This morning again I get error “port forwarding issue” on cellular network.

Hey @mehdiem,

Sorry to hear your issues persist! Could you please share the error code you see in Roon Settings>Roon Arc?

Is this still the case?
