Hello @KarenM,

Thank you for reaching out to support.

We have reviewed the diagnostics report from your Roon Server and identified the following two issues:

  • A conflict with the macOS app signature (InvalidCodeSignature)
  • A UPnP failure on your network (PAL_UPNP_SOAP_E_ACTION_FAILED)
To resolve these, we recommend the following steps:

1. Reinstall Roon on your Mac Please delete the current Roon application from your Mac and install a fresh copy. (Don’t worry, deleting the app will not affect your music library or database).

2. Adjust Port Forwarding Since UPnP is failing, you will need to configure port forwarding manually for Roon ARC to work properly.

Here are a couple of articles that describe the manual port forwarding process in detail:

Please let us know if this helps or if you need any further assistance.

Hi @KarenM,

It looks like your RoonServer machine is running an outdated version of Roon. This is preventing connection to your other remotes and to streaming service servers.

Please try updating to the latest available Roon version in Settings → About. Let us know if you’re encountering any errors or don’t see an update available.

We’ll watch for your reply. Thank you!
