When I try to use Roon, I get the "Waiting for your Roon server." Then, I get the message, "Uh oh, something's not right. Make sure your Roon Server is turned on and that you're connected to the same network." The server is on and connected to the correct network, and I have disconnected and reconnected it several times for the past month with no success. Is it possible to connect with someone who can help me determine what is going on and how to fix it? Larry Robertson [moderated: private email address removed] Thank you
Describe your network setup
Our provider is Comcast, and I use an Arris SurfBoard SB6183. We have a 3-story home with eero router on each floor. Roon is loaded on an iMac, 2 iPhones, and 2 iPads.

(Here I am with a brain the size of a planet and they ask me to pick up a piece of paper. Call that job satisfaction? I don't.)

Is Roon Server running on the iMac, and set to run on start-up?

Diagnostics indicate that you might have used your Nucleus in the interim; the device seems to now have an IP address on the same subnetwork as the rest of your Roon devices. We’re going to assume your issue is resolved, but if you do require further assistance, please open a new tech support thread here, selecting “other” and referencing this topic thread URL. We’ll merge topics accordingly.
