I can understand your frustration, but I’m sure that the situation can be resolved if you give it time. Unfortunately I don’t have any experience with a Pixel phone, but I’m hoping that someone else will be along who will be able to guide you through the process. There are issues with Apple changes in regard to security that may be causing your issues and you may need to work through these in order to make the connection with your phone.
Thank you for reaching out to our support team.
We are sorry for the delay.
We have reviewed the diagnostics report from your ARC device and found that it is having issues resolving the address of your Roon Server.
In order to troubleshoot this, we recommend visiting the “Roon ARC” settings section on your Roon Server and completing the diagnostics test. After that, please share the result it displays with us.
Also, there is another way to solve this without fine-tuning your network: you can use Tailscale. This will put your Pixel and Roon Server machine on the same virtual network, making access easier and hassle-free. For more details, please check our Tailscale guidance.
