Description of Issue
Unusual operation when playing artist with Qobuz enabled. This is replacement for a previous ticket which got overloaded on noise - this should be trimmed down sufficiently to home in on the problem more easily.
Three scenarios:
-
With Qobuz disabled, select an Artist and press “Play now”. In this case Roon builds a queue of random tracks from the artist located on the local machine and sets off playing them.
-
With Qobuz enabled, select an Artist and press “Play now”. In this case Roon goes into radio mode (i.e. rather than showing the whole randomised playlist it shows next and coming up). At this point, select “Limit Roon Radio to library”. At this point the radio continues as expected, pulling only from the local machine.
-
With Qobuz enabled, select an Artist and press “Play now”. In this case Roon goes into radio mode (i.e. rather than showing the whole randomised playlist it shows next and coming up). Do not limit Roon Radio to the library (but should be limited to artist). In this case, the radio is limited to only a small number of tracks (<10), usually the same ones, before giving up and stopping the radio. The radio pulls tracks from Qobuz in preference to equivalent local copies.
Note that Qobuz login is valid and active, with no problems viewing or playing Qobuz-only content elsewhere.
