Play button unresponsive on last day of free trial (ref#2KNXS2)

Please try playing content of a lower sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz), does this work as expected?

· No, lower sample rates are still affected

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· Mac mini M2

Describe the issue

I am on my last day of my free trial, and the play button does nothing.

I've restarted Roon app twice, didn't help.

Describe your network setup

I am just playing on my computer speakers

Try rebooting your router and Roon server.

Hey @roonusername,

Based on a recent Roon Server diagnostic report, we’re seeing issues relating to Qobuz specifically. Can you confirm if you access Roon Settings>Services>Qobuz and if your accounts are properly synced?

Do you have the same issue when playing local tracks?
