I know it’s not the end of the world but for some strange reason my absolute favorite track (based on times played) reset from over 400 plays to 2! Anyway I can get my play count back to where it was? I wanted to throw myself a party once it hit 500 but sadly I can’t now. I’ve tried to restore a few Roon backups but the count still remains at 2. Is there a database somewhere that I can restore from? Some hidden file(s)? I backup my machine pretty regularly…
Are you sure you’re looking at the right version? Restoring a backup should restore play counts
yep it’s the right version. I’m really surprised the restore didn’t work. I’ve tried multiple restore versions even one that had the last version of Roon. The ironic part is 4 of the other tracks on the album all have the correct count of over 300 it’s just my fav that reset to 2 (Yeah I play the same album a lot)
Weird. I’d open a topic in Support to have Roon staff look at it

Just submitted again. One thing I just noticed and it repeats is when I click the submit button this shows up ( Oops! Please make a selection ). I’ve made the selection multiple times.
