Thank you for your post. Does this issue only occur on the Bluesound? How are your RoonServer machine and the affected endpoint both connected to the network?
We’ve requested diagnostics from your RoonServer machine, but it appears to be offline. The server is also running an outdated build - please update to build 1510 in the meantime.
Do you experience any issues with playback if you play content to the System Output of the computer? Are there are differences between tracks at different file formats?
Try a few sample rates (44.1KHz, 48KHz, and something like 96KHz) from both local storage and streaming services. Do you encounter the issue with each one?
