가능하시다면, Roon Server를 다시 온라인 상태로 전환하여 재연결해 주시기 바랍니다.
연결이 완료되면 저희 측에서 진단 모드를 활성화하여 문제를 좀 더 면밀히 살펴보겠습니다.
또한, 그동안 서버 기기와 라우터를 재부팅해 보시고 문제가 해결되는지 확인해 주시면 감사하겠습니다.

If you could, please bring your Roon Server back online and reconnect.
From there, we will enable diagnostic mode to take a closer look.
Also, please reboot your server machine and router in the meantime and see if that helps.
