Playback failure despite functional search (ref#N6A30X)

What best describes your playback issue?

· Music doesn't start when I press "Play"

What type of Zone is affected by this problem?

· *All of my Zones* are affected.

Does the issue affect all file formats?

· The issue affects *multiple/all* file formats.

Does the issue happen with local library music, streaming service music, or both?

· *Both streaming and local* *library* music are affected.

Do you encounter any playback errors with the "System Output" Zone?

· The System Output has the same problem as my other Zone.

Do you have a complex network setup?

· I have a *mesh network* with devices connected to multiples points

Your local network might need some re-arranging to support Roon.

· None of the suggestions have helped me. I'd like to submit a support request.

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· Naim unity nova NAD streamer/preamp

Roon has been working perfectly. Nothing was changed and the play button will not begin to play. Search function works but unable to play

Thanks for writing in and welcome to the community!

Are you able to temporarily set up a hardwire ethernet connection from your Roon Server to your primary router?

If you haven’t yet, please stop Roon Server from running, and reboot both your Mac and router - let me know if your issues persist.

If they do, it would be helpful to review a set of Roon Server logs from your issue Mac, if you could please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
