Playback failure with local files via HDMI on PC (ref#MVRR8U)

Please try playing content of a lower sample rate (44.1kHz or 48kHz), does this work as expected?

· No, lower sample rates are still affected

What are the make and model of the affected audio device(s) and the connection type?

· Windows 11 PC, HDMI to Onkyo RZ50

Describe the issue

Getting "Too many failures. Stopping playback." error when trying to play local files on my PC using HDMI to receiver.
Output settings off device: 24 bit, 192000hz
Output device: Onkyo RZ50 connected via HDMI

I've tried playing directly to my Eversolo DMP-A8 and that works fine. It's just the PC.

Troubleshooting already done:
-Changing all settings in Device setup.
-Logging out, closing server and roon app, then launching and logging back in
-Changing bg analysis speed to throttled and increasing as well
