Playback from Nucleus will freeze and Roon interface will no longer allow play or pause (but some other limited navigation). Exiting Roon and the restarting get the 'cant find core message'
Restarting Nucleus will fix the problem for a period (could be 5 min or 15).
Playing direct to the same an endpoint using Tidal connect works fine.

Thanks for reaching out to ask us about this issue. As a first diagnostic can you plug the Nucleus into a monitor with an HDMI cord? Sending us a picture of what you see on the screen will help us narrow down what the issue is. Can you also use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Thanks for getting that screenshot for us. It looks like we can rule out any hardware issues with the Nucleus itself.
Fortunately we were able to retrieve your logs from your Nucleus automatically. In those logs I’m seeing a lot of network reachability traces. Can you give us more specifics about how the Nucleus is connected to your router. Specifically are you using any switches or other network hardware between the Nucleus and the router? Are you using any mesh nodes or Wi-Fi extenders in your set up?
As a test do you have a computer that you can connect to your network with ethernet? If you do please try that as a Roon remote and let us know if the same problem happens.
