Hey @Amin,

Thanks for writing in, and sorry to hear about your audio issues! We were able to review a recent diagnostic report from your Roon Servver and saw some playback errors in the logs point to a buffer management issue during playback on your Naim device.

Issues like these can typically fall from network instability (packet loss, delays), endpoint struggling with processing demands (e.g., high-resolution 24/192 FLAC), or configuration mismatches between your server and the endpoint.

For next steps in troubleshooting:

  1. Safely stop Roon Server from running, then restart your router, switches, and network devices to clear any latent issues. Be sure to use a wired Ethernet connection for both Roon Core and the NSC 222, if possible.
  2. See if lowering the audio quality settings (e.g., stream at 16/44.1 FLAC instead of 24/192) and observe if the issue persists.
  3. Disable advanced DSP settings, like upsampling, if they are active and see your results.
  4. Ensure both your Roon Serrver and NSC 222 have the latest firmware versions installed.

We’ll be on standby for your results! :+1:
