· I can no longer play music / radio on my Auralic Aries G1. After last spate of roon software releases it has stopped working. My other two endpoints (Naim and Sonos) are working fine

· Home network is through a BT router with to link deco mesh network. I’m using a Tp link power line to provide a wired Ethernet connection
We are sorry to hear that you are facing a problem with the connection to your Auralic streamer.
Could you please provide a few more details on exactly how this problem presents itself? For example, did the Auralic disappear from your Audio devices in Settings, are you having trouble getting it to play a song, or is the issue displaying in another way?
A few screenshots of what you are seeing would be greatly appreciated.
Additionally, please share the exact timestamp of when this problem last occurred so we can easily locate it in your diagnostic logs.
Thanks for your help. I have now resolved the issue by restarting everything! As the problem occurred directly after a software upgrade I assumed restarting Roon wouldn’t have any effect. Obviously my assumption was wrong.
