Hi @Craig_Kephart,

Thank you for your post. Diagnostics indicate that the Signal Path contains a sample rate conversion that is preventing Roon from transporting audio to this Zone.

Please share a screenshot of Signal Path, as well as any custom DSP you have applied in MUSE.

Thank you!

I have no idea how or where to find that information nor do I understand the abbreviations. Can you provide more detailed guidance in non-techie terms? I’m a senior who is used to analog equipment but trying to learn. Thanks in advance for your patience.

Is there a resource where I can get this resolved in a timely manor? Is there no tech support other than an occasional posting on here? A number to call? This was a significant investment and it’s concerning that there seems to be no way to get it working for someone without a degree in electrical engineering or IT. Very disappointed and frustrated and would definitely NOT recommend ROON to any future buyer.

Hey @Craig_Kephart,

Sorry to hear you’re still having issues, and thank you for your patience! Our team is catching up from the holiday rush, so we appreciate your understanding. :raised_hands:

Here’s a screenshot of the Signal Path - all you need to do is click the small light to the left of the play commands:

How is the Cambridge connected to your Nucleus and router specifically?

To confirm, this is when you attempt to connect via Roon Ready? Is this still the case?

If you haven’t yet, it may be helpful to simply reboot your Cambridge streamer and re-connect it to your Nucleus.

We’ll be monitoring for your reply, thank you! :+1:
