Playback Issues With Long TIDAL Tracks

The Roon team is aware of an issue affecting Tidal playback on multiple platforms, including Roon. We have reached out to Tidal with technical feedback and continue to investigate this issue from our end. We will update this thread with further information as it comes in.

Thanks again for everyone’s reports here.

We’ve spoken with TIDAL, who traced this issue to a temporary infrastructure issue that they’ve now resolved.

Full length tracks should now play without issue, but if you have any further issues please feel free to open a separate support ticket. Thanks!
