Description of Issue

Songs take forever to play. Just started a few months ago. No internet trouble here. I figured a software update would resolve the matter but it still exists making for a horrible experience.

Roon Server Specifications

Windows. Intel(R) Core™ i7-7700T CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz. RAM 12.0 GB (11.8 GB usable)64-bit operating system, x64-based processor. no connected drives. 4 years old

Connected Audio Devices

HIFIMAN EF400 connected via USB problem persisted before I recently added this dac a month ago.

Home Network Details

ATT router connected via wifi. I have no trouble streaming 4k movies anywhere

Streaming or local media?
To rule out WiFi - does this problem persist on LAN?
Last power cycle of all(!) components was when?

PC power cycle has amazingly fixed this issue.
