Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)
Innuous Zen Mini MK3 music server.
Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)
ARRIS “Surfboard” modem SB 6141
Google Mesh
Due to limited CAT 5/6 connections to the Google WiFi mesh system, I attached output of the modem to a Cat 5/6 switchbox where the Google WiFi and Zen Mini MK3 are attached via Cat 6 cable.
Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)
Zen Mini MK3 connected to a Prima Luna EVO 400 tube amplifier by RCA cables.
Does this need to be a USB connection to play streamed music? If so, there are no capabilities to accept USB on the Prima Luna. Most of my digital library has been via ripped CD’s on the Zen Mini MK3. These playback perfectly. I have also downloaded HI Res files from Qobuz to the Zen Mini and these playback great.
Description Of Issue
I have a new subscription to Qubuz for streaming digital Hi Res music. The subscription is legit as I can listen to any tracks for > that 30 secs (entire album) on my laptop.
I have loaded the login information to Qobuz thorough my Innuous software interface. I can see all my Qobuz music options on my Roon interface via my cell phone. When I select a track, the same message comes up everytime
“Unable to start streaming, Check your Qobuz account and try again”. “Too many failures, stopped playing back”.
