And when I listen to songs from Tidal it stops every 20 or 30 seconds. The playback stops every few minutes, and there are more pauses when listening through TIDAL. How can you help me? The first area to check - your connection from your Windows running Roon Server to your router. Can you set up a direct ethernet connection to your router, and see if you run into the same issues?
If you haven’t yet, I’d also safely stop Roon Server from running, and then power cycle both your windows machine and your router.
If you could then please reproduce the issue, share the specific track name, and the please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?
I have my PC connected with erhernet cable to the router.
But. When I use ROON with TIDAL, play music 3 seconds, then stops 3 seconds, then play music 3 seconds, and that is ciclic. All the time.
When I play ROON using my Hard disk, the music play 40 seconds and then stops many seconds, and then play música 30 or 50 seconds, and stock aguinaldo.
Thanks for the update - can you include more information around your issue specifically? What endpoints are you attempting to play audio to? What is the specific track name when you experience this issue?
Can you please:
Disable all DSP, and only play audio to the system output of your windows 10 machine, and see if you run into the same issue?
Reboot your router and see if it helps
We do not have this capability, but you can stop Roon Server via your windows system tray, and then reboot your machine.
