Playback showing lower resolution than expected on Tidal albums (ref#CM7QD6)

Just wondering why the sample rate on an album eg Floyds Momentry lapse of reason is shown as Flac 96hz 24 bit but in the signal path window as sample rate coversion of 44.1hz to 48hz. Also in the same window the album only displays Tidal flac 44.1hz 16 bit 2 ch. My speakers are active Dutch & Dutch 8c with on board DAC. Am I not getting higher res music. No matter what res track I play (apart from mp3 etc) I get the same cd specs in the signal path. Have I got a settingwrong somewhere? Thanks

In Roon Settings → Services → Tidal → Edit

Make sure that Streaming Quality is set to “Max”

If that’s already set to “Max” try disabling Tidal and then re-enable.

If you’re still having issues after that please post a screenshot of Roon’s Signal Path.
