Do you possibly try to play music from a free streaming account? I ask this question because the 30 seconds playback time per track sounds like the usual limitation of free streaming accounts with Roon. If that is the case for you, you need to switch to a paid account to be able to play the entire tracks.

To add to @BlackJack post, it could also be an unverified streaming account within Roon.
For example if you have logged in with incorrect credentials for your paid for streaming service.
As BlackJack and AceRimmer correctly identified, the 30-second playback limit is caused by your Tidal account being on the Intro (free) plan. Free Tidal accounts only allow 30-second previews in Roon.
To play full tracks you will need to upgrade to a paid Tidal subscription. You can do this directly in the Tidal app or on their website.
Just checking in on this. Have you had a chance to upgrade your Tidal account from the free Intro plan to a paid subscription so Roon can play full tracks instead of 30-second previews? If you already made that change, let us know and we can take a look at the next step. Thanks.
