Hi @Ryan_Quadrel,

Thanks for writing in and sharing your report!

We were able to review your account information, and see two instances of Roon Server tied to your account - one on a ROCK, and one tied to your Mac also running Roon as a remote. Do you see this issue on both instances of Roon Server, or only when you’re using your Mac as both a server and remote?

We were able to review a recent diagnostic report from your ROCK and observed the following failures around the timestamp you’ve provided:

Warn: [Wandla] [zoneplayer/raat] Too many dropouts (>3s dropped out in the last 30s). Killing stream
Trace: [Wandla] [zoneplayer/raat] too many dropouts. stopping stream

With that, we can see the buffer is at 100% right before the issue occurs: Trace: [Wandla] [Lossless, 24/48 QOBUZ FLAC => 24/48] [100% buf]

So it appears the network / playback issue isn’t between your ROCK/ Roon server and upstream services like Qobuz, but rather, the network bandwidth within your local network, between your devices.

Can you get a temporary hardwire connection between your endpoint and server devices - directly to your primary router, and see if the same issues occur?

Thank you! :raised_hands:
