Playback stuck on specific tracks with no sound or progress (ref#2OXNKV)

Describe the issue

Only certain tracks this happens with. What happens is the equalizer icon does not move, and a faint line runs back and forth along the progress bar. no sound just stays there. no advance to next track either. Always happens on artist Dire Straits album love over gold 1st track Telegraph road and track 3 from artist Yes album Tales from topographic oceans 35 track version 5th track the revealing science of god. some others as well
