Thanks for reaching out. I’ve activated diagnostics mode and I am looking over your Roon Servers, it looks like Roon was reinstalled a few days ago. Have you tried to reinstall Roon or formatted your Roon Server or anything to that effect?
Yes I installed it on my new iMac and also on my Macbook air, because Roon remote also stopped working on my android phone and on my iPad. Roon has been a nightmare. I often have to restart all of the gear 3-6 times before it start running and it all too often drops out. So it take me 15-30 minutes to get it running. I have a dedicated Roon streamer Audio Alchemy DMP-1 and DAC Audio Alchemy DDP-1
Thanks for following up. I used my iMac as Roon server and Macbook air, iPad and android mobile as remote control. Yesterday I spent 4-5 hours trying to lock on to the internet with my new fiber connection - only to find out it will not be opened before 8th of oct. I hope and pray it will give me a more stabel connection also with Roon
Thanks for the update. Yes, you will need an active network connection to login to Roon. If you can share some of the info @benjamin requested regarding the playlist, this would help us track this down better.
I have most of my playlists on QOBUZ. The “Dali Kore” one that disappeared was solely on ROON, but I do have several of the numbers on SHAZAM. Just wanted to understand why it could happen.
Unfortunately, the diagnostic reports we were able to review from your Roon Server don’t date back further than the fresh install you’ve performed recently. I’m sorry we’re not able to provide further insight in this case!
If you’re able to regain access to the playlist, and if the issue occurs again, let us know before performing a database restore or a fresh install of Roon - that way we can pull a fresh diagnostics report that would cover the time of the error.
