Playlist Export misses tracks with umlauts (Ö, Ü, Ä) UTF-08 BOM vs. ANSI

Hello,

my Roon 1.6 systems runs on a Mac.

I am exporting playlists and musicfiles from my roon system (MAC) to my SONY Walkman NW-WM1A via the Roon export function.
The transfer works.
All files and folders have the right labeling structure.
Problem are the playlists.
The Playlists are exported as textfiles (m3u) coded in UTF-08 BOM (from what I can see).
But the SONY Walkman (Playlists) can’t read the German umlauts (Ä,Ü,Ö) because its coded in UTF-08).
So all this files with umlauts are missing in the playlists.
I tried to convert the file from UTF-08 manually to ANSI, but this is not working.
Do you have any idea how to solve this problem?

Thanks
Stefan
