How long has it been in this state? It’s 4711 tracks and 287 hours, maybe it’s just slow?

No, when it happens. The work around that I found is to copy the playlist and after that the new copy takes a few seconds to create the excel sheet.

The problem is there since they add playlist amelioration features, I think.

Its happen to playlist with a few songs too.

To clarify this report for development:

You’re attempting to export this playlist, NitroFold4, to Excel. However, it spins infinitely on the Export dialog window.

Simply cloning the playlist’s contents into a new identical playlist, however, resolves this problem entirely?

Does this occur with any other playlists?

yes it occur with other playlist and the solution work for every defect playlist. So just to be clear. when it append I copy the defect playlist and use the new one to export. Then I delete the defect one.

The infinite spinner when attempting to export a Smart Playlist to Excel is a known and ticketed issue. Development is working on a fix.

Is this occurring just with Smart Playlists, or with all Playlists? Your screenshot doesn’t appear to be a Smart Playlist, but forgive our due diligence.

You mentioned this occurs with other playlists - please provide the name of the playlist and the approximate time the failed export occurred, so we can pinpoint the event in logs with our QA team.
