Regarding Qobuz on Roon. My Qobuz playlists are still not visible on Roon. Are you Qobuz users still having the same problem?
Tanks
Five days is kind-of a long time to leave this broken. Why hasn’t Qobuz rolled back their changes?
Good question ![]()
I’m sure we will never hear the answer to this.
But whilst this is broken within Roon, on Lyrion Music Server it is not broken ![]()

In Audirvana and most other music players/streamers it is not broken. Are you certain that Qobuz has to roll back their changes? Maybe it is something that Roon needs to repair.
Sounds to me like Qobuz made API changes that subsequently affected Roon in unexpected ways. This doesn’t mean, of course, that it affects others in the same way. It’s possible to use APIs in slightly different ways. It’s also possible that different partners have slightly different APIs.
Just going by this:
I read this as a breaking change that Qobuz made, effectively taking down valued partner. If that’s the case, they should, at a minimum, collaborate to find a solution. Usually, the fastest solution is to roll back to the last known good state. Leaving things broken for a week is not okay.
That’s sometimes possible and sometimes it isn’t, or not easily, if the change was made together with other changes it depends on.
Yep, Audirvana and Lyrion do simple data-pulls rather than Roon’s deeper, two way integration.
Playlist management has always been a weakness in Roon, even before this debacle.
I have the Roon Titan with no problem with my Qobuz playlist.
Not sure they’re staging the fix rollout but as of this morning my Qobuz playlists are now populated. Didn’t have to reboot the core or log off.
