I have the same problems in my setup. with the sophos sg all worked well.
Some days i just can stream from my local folder, tidal in roon not working at all. Tidal app is working perfectly in my network.

My issue is not the same I always have access to the music thru Roon.
Sometimes when there are some changes in the playlist on tidal, I don’t have the update in Roon but I do have them on my phone.
