I’m not able to see the track names when I open a playlist all track cover picture is grayed out and the track name is shown as unavailable. How do I fix this?
Then most likely the albums that contain these tracks have become unavailable on Qobuz. This happens all the time for licensing reasons.
Often the albums are replaced by new copies. However, the playlist entries would still refer to the old copies. In this case, Roon‘s playlist improver should help by finding them. It can take a while until the button appears, especially if the playlist is large and/or there are many unavailable tracks. So I suggest you open the playlist and wait until it appears (if it does).
In other cases, the artist or label may have pulled the albums from Qobuz for good. In this case, it’s simply gone. You can find out by starting a fresh search for one of the tracks to see if it’s found
Hi @pennytrik065,
Thanks for reaching out! As @Suedkiez mentioned, grayed-out tracks in a playlist usually mean that Roon can’t access them. This could happen for a few reasons:
The track was removed from TIDAL/Qobuz’s catalog.
There’s a temporary issue with your streaming service connection.
To troubleshoot, try the following:
Go to Settings > Services and manually resync your streaming service.
Restart your Roon Core and any affected devices to refresh your library.
If the issue persists, let us know—we’re happy to investigate further!
