'Playlists by Roon' not updating for over 7 months (ref#7EOQM9)

These playlists have been exactly the same since February 2026.

I don’t know if it’s worth noting, but my “Collaborators” hasn’t updated either; it’s been Joni Mitchell and Wayne Shorter for the last few months (and the playlist only has 5 songs on it, 4 from the same album).

Both the “Collaborators” and the “Playlists by Roon” are the same on Roon and Arc; the “Performing the Music of…” playlist is different on each and seems to change with some frequency.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, etc. These issues persist.

The collaborators didn’t update for a long time until earlier this year, but were supposed to be fixed in May:

I am not paying much attention to them but I think mine is not the same as it had been back then, at least.

Regarding the playlists, now that you say it I believe they haven’t update for me in a long time either (?)

Same thing for me. The Roon curated playlist section isn’t updated for a very long time.

Thank you for your post.

Collaborators and the Roon Playlists section on the Home page populate via different cloud discovery mechanisms. We’ll need to consider them as separate problems during troubleshooting, although they might share a common cause.

@RiMac, do you have any stale discovery data elsewhere on the home page, like Collaborators or Performing the Music of?

We’ll gather logs to see if Roon’s discovery requests are completing as expected. Thank you for your patience.

Thanks for looking into this. Here is what I am seeing regarding the other discovery sections:

Performing the Music of: This section is working properly and refreshes dynamically as expected.

Collaborators: This behaves inconsistently. It only generates a new/different set upon a fresh launch of the app. On the second launch and every time after that, it remains completely static—showing the exact same set of collaborators that I have seen repeated

I’'d given up looking at those playlists. My feeling is that they haven’t updated since way before feb 2026
