Please add german NDR stations

It would be great if you could add the (northern) German NDR stations (a few you have got already).
Here is the full list of all links from the NDR website:

For the NDR1 streams you may always only use the first one listed (only ‘Hannover’ for NDR1 Niedersachsen …)

I’ve added all the NDR 1 and 2’s. I’ll finish off the rest tomorrow.
