KBCS, based in Bellevue, WA. I can’t find a direct streaming link, but they do have a web player, so there’s got to be a playlist stream somewhere.
KSER, based in Everett, WA. The only livestream URL I’m finding is this one.
Both are ad-free, listener supported/public radio stations.
