I have suggestion for improving interaction with support and would like to discuss it. Suggestion is to create an issue tracker and accept bug reports there instead of forum. I came to this opinion because I found my experience of reporting through forum frustrating:
- Every time I post bug report I have to mention support or other people several times just to have post noticed.
- I don’t know if issue was reported before. Forum search doesn’t always give an answer. If issue was reported before I would like to have ability to add more feedback about it or just see its status.
- And most important that I don’t see what’s happening with issue after report. The issue should have status and fix version - it’s a reasonable minimum that Roon can provide to us paying customers.
Looking forward to see Roon answer.
