When trying to use Roon Arc. I get a “

poor connection” error

Hi Nigel,

Can you provide some additional information that might help support out when they engage:

• Is this using ARC local over Wifi, or, out and about over your cellular carrier.
• What mobile device and mobile OS version?
• Is the track you are trying to playing saved on the mobile device, local files on the Roon Core, or from a streaming service.

Fault occurs with Tidal streaming service only. I am able to play files from my library.

Hi Nigel,

What is your Playback quality set to over Cellular? I’ve found that I need to adjust that and I leave mine on CD or original quality for best results, for me.

It seems to have been an issue with my iPhones network settings. It is now working after going to settings>transfer or reset iPhone>reset>reset network settings. Weird?
