Since the update 1–2 days ago, I’ve lost all albums added in the last 90 days from my library, and I’m unable to add any new albums. When I try, I either receive a message stating that the album was deleted and not added, or I get the following error:
“Make sure your storage device is connected or check your internet connection and streaming service settings.”
I haven’t changed any of my settings—the only thing that happened was the update. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this?
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the difficulties. I activated diagnostics mode for your account, but I am not seeing any critical errors that would cause this behavior. Can you please try to re-add an album and let us know the exact local time + date + album name when the failure occurs, so that we can pinpoint the issue further in the logging? Also, do you happen to have a Roon backup from before the issue started occurring? It could be worth a try to restore from backup to see if the albums re-appear.

If an update caused a storage device disconnection with Roon, I’d ensure that MacOS still have Local Network permissions enabled for Roon in System Settings → Privacy & Security. If this is a USB location, you can assess it in Disk Utility to see if there’s an error with mounting the drive.
Let us know if you’re having further issues - diagnostics indicate about 25k local tracks in your database, but we’re not able to assess whether the storage location is the one to which you referred above.

I’m still unable to add albums in Roon. Whenever I try, Roon says the album is deleted or not found. I’ve already reinstalled Roon and restored backups. Initially, everything seems fine, but as soon as I attempt to add a new album, the library reverts to its state from 106 days ago, and once again, I’m unable to add albums.
The Tidal library is up to date. Today, I restored my library at 12:43 CET and successfully added an album at 12:46 CET. However, after some navigation, Roon jumped back to how it was 106 days ago. The last album I added couldn’t be played, showing “tracks were unavailable.”
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
