Describe the issue

Hey. I own a fairly old (6 years?) Sonore/Small Green Comouters Sonictransporter i7 (and a Signature rendu SE). It runs Roon and before yesterday's upday was working perfectly. However, after I updated Roon, Roon stopped working. It does not see my players (the Rendu and two Squeezeboxes, it does not even see my iphone from which I run the remote app). Nothing else really works either, does not show my local music, while it says I am connected to Tidal, I cannot search music, etc. Sometimes, it asks me to connect to the server and just spins. Other times I am connected but nothing really works.

I have tried the obvious fixes, reboot ST, reboot Roon, reboot players, reconnect players, reboot network, etc.

Help please. If the fix is to just redownload Roon, I assume I download Windows? How do I set it so that Roon opens automatically when boot the ST? That is important as I run it headless.

Thanks for the help.

Describe your network setup

D-Link switch, TP Link wireless router, Century Link internet router. I don't think the issue is the network as everything worked great before the update.

Fixed. Reinstalled Roon, super easy with the SMG app.

Hey @John_Culver,

Thanks for taking the time to write in! Sorry to hear about your issues updating - I’m glad to see a reinstall fixed you though. Happy listening! :raised_hands: :notes: :drum:
