Potential Artists Being Removed From Qobuz (Effective 10/01/2024)

Qobuz has been gracious enough to warn subscribers of expiring license agreements, effective October 1, 2024, with certain artists’ releases purchased from them in the past. I can only assume that this might pertain to the artist’s full discography, currently available with Qobuz, as well.

Thought it might be useful to share our affected Qobuz purchases so others can decide if they want to buy and download music from them before they’re gone. Here is my list:

Here is the list of your purchased music that will be impacted:

  • I Want To Live (track) by The Silver Seas
  • Infinite Number of Monkeys (track) by The Silver Seas
  • A Free Society (album) by Night Crickets
  • Ain’t That Good News (album) by Sam Cooke
  • Beyond The Sound (album) by Scott Morgan’s Powertrane
