Description Of Issue
I can’t turn the beebox on and off with its original remote control. Practically, by pressing the on button on the remote control, it lights up and after about a second it turns off. The only option in the bios is to activate or not the use of the remote control.
Does anyone know the reason or solution for this problem?
Note:
After trying to turn on with the remote control (and after a few seconds it turns off), if I try to turn on with the power button on the PC the same thing happens, it turns on and then turns off automatically.
The only way to exit the loop is to turn it on again using the remote control so that the combination is even (hum?), then I can turn it on and off normally using the main power button.
