First of all great product!
Shoot me down, there is a very limited use case for this as far as I can see.
I have an album, a SACD rip converted to dsf, where it looks like the engineer has got the position of his 2 mixed up and accidentally added a 02:00:00 minute pregap instead of 00:02:00, so the first track has two minutes of silence, now Roon already knows about this because it has the waveform, so it could remove it 
Oh and I have just noticed that because the pregap changes the track length, Roon fails to detect the album.
