Description of Issue

The Primare worked perfectly for many months. Now it has disappeared from Roon. If I reset it and reboot network, it appears for short time. It’s working fine on Airplay and via it’s own app.

How are core and Primare connected to the network?

Hi Martin

It is all wired. The core in the Mac and the Primare are on same switch connected direct to router

Nothing has changed on wiring level since it worked for many months
