Primare SPA25 shows as uncertified despite latest firmware

Dear Roon Support,

I am experiencing an issue with my Primare SPA25.

The device is running the latest firmware (Main: 2.99, Streaming: 15611) and is connected via LAN. It appears in Roon (under Settings → Audio), but is shown as “uncertified” with a message indicating that the manufacturer has not completed certification.

From Primare’s official information, this model is already Roon Ready.

I have already tried:

  • Restarting the Roon Core (Nucleus)

  • Disabling and re-enabling the device in Roon

  • Power cycling the Primare unit

  • Ensuring both devices are on the same network

Could you please clarify:

  • Whether Primare SPA25 is currently fully certified and enabled in Roon’s database

  • If this is a known issue or bug

  • Whether there are any steps I can take to resolve this on my side

I would like to inform that the issue has now been resolved on my side. Everything is working as expected. The problem was resolved after adjusting the Ethernet connection sequence between the receiver and the Roon Nucleus.
