Private system files for tech support

Hello support

Everytime someone has a problem, one of the first things support asks for is a description of the system in question.
Wouldn’t it be helpful if we could have our systems listed in a private area only available to Roon employees. This would shorten the back and forth between support and Roon user, free up support techs need to follow up and get solutions quicker.

Seems like a win win here

There was once a move afoot to enter your system setup in the AboutMe section of your avatar.
