I opened today a new Qobuz-account to try it for the next 30 days for free. When I try to connect from Roon to this new Qobuz-account I get permanently the error: Network error in Roon.
I’m connected from Roon to Tidal and it’s working well and playing music from Tidal for years without any problems.
So what could be the problem that I can’t connect to Qobuz?
I’ve already restarted my PC running under Windows 7 and restarted Roon too. But it didn’t help.
Can you help me please to solve this problem.

Unfortunately Roon does not work with free streaming plans, it needs to be a paid tier.
Thanks for your answer but thats not true. It works under Windows 10 even with free streaming plans. I tried it on my other Win 10 notebook and it works. But it doesn’t work under Win 7, unfortunately. Is there a solution for Roon under Win 7 ?
